How do I handle a claim?
We want the claims process to go as smoothly as possible for you. Some insurance companies we work with want you to call them directly, and others want you to submit claims through our office. This information will be very clear to you when we sit down and explain your policy. However, please feel free to call our office for help or to answer any questions. We work with specific representatives from each insurance company to make sure claims are handled efficiently and correctly.

How do I qualify for multi-policy discounts?
You can qualify for a 15 to 20 percent discount for purchasing your auto and homeowners insurance together. This discount also applies to Business Owners insurance. Please call us for more details.

What are my payment options?
At Corey-Burstad Insurance, we offer flexible payment options to suit your needs. You have the choice to pay your insurance policy premiums monthly, quarterly, or annually. Your choice of payment options include: electronic, credit card, or direct billing. Please call for more details.

Do my policies need updated? If so, how often and when?
It’s always a good idea to look over your policies once a year in order to make sure
your insurance needs are met. You will need to update your policies if you’ve
recently experienced these types of changes: marriage, divorce, change of
address, new baby, new teenage driver, or new home.
